Hmmm... it looks like the JVM get confuse during startup... make sure 
that the '<ZOE>/Library/Java/' directory doesn't contain any duplicate 
jars.

You can also start the JVM in "verbose" mode. This will show you where 
the JVM is choking. From the command line:

java -verbose -jar Zoe.jar debug

Another possibility would be that some port numbers are already taken, 
preventing the application from starting properly.

You can run 'netstat' to check who is using what. ZOE uses ports in the 
10000 range.
