Your JVM is most likely running out of memory while trying to read this 
message. Try to allocate more memory resource to it:

"Run Zoe with more memory"

Yes. Go to '<ZOE>/Library/SZ/Queues/<long hex>/' and delete the first 
(oldest) '.szq' entry.

In general, you can safely delete any recalcitrant entry from the queue.
