well forget it, I figerred it out. 

Which was to search *.eml in the mail folders, I also deleted the folders under %Zoe%\Library\SZ\Storages\[long hex N#]\alt.dev.szmail.SZServiceAgent\.

Then fix the setting in popmail advanced settings that makes all messages appear twice in popfile history, poptop.

And the Windozer had put an .txt extension on the spam settings file I had created, of course.

Then "java -jar zoe.jar rebuild"

puh.

Now works as I dreamed it.

I guess I will figger the resending too, no big deal anyway.
