No. The boolean value specify if the app should collect sub-mailboxes. 
If you don't want a folder to be picked up, don't list it.

Yes. The semantic of the boolean value was extended to allow you to 
control recursion in sub-mailboxes.

Then its not getting loaded. The application expects to find the 
property file under '<ZOE>/Library/SZ/Configurations/Default/'. The 
name of the property file reflects your mail server user + its host 
name. The app should list the name of the property file it's looking 
for.
