Hmmm, I thought I did that already. Just tried again, and it does seem
most of the locations have gone. Still, some are left behind. I'll
attach a screenshot if it's allowed for this group?

Good, I think I have a workaround then. I created a "seed" message,
dated back to 1980, way before I started using email. I then put all the
name/address pairs I want to specify in the cc header. Now all I have to
do is to keep appending the list and rebuild.
