Huh. Well it seems that somebody has a bee in their bonnet for definitions. They 
may be technically correct that Zoe does not fit the OSI "open source" 
definition, but i'd have to ask, why do they care? Seems like a black-ball 
attempt to further their own agenda. But i could be paranoid. ;)
