Avoiding certain IMAP folders?

Is it possible to tell Zoe to avoid certain IMAP folders, such as 
Trash, Drafts, and Junk?  I see previous messages to the list that say 
that Zoe slurps up everything.  Is that still the case?  And if so, can 
you point me to where this might be hacked in the code?  (My Mail.app 
junk mail filter works pretty well and I'd like to keep the spam out.)
