You can configure what IMAP folders ZOË should look at:

"Restricting IMAP"

http://zoe.omara.ca/SystemConfiguration/EmailAccounts
http://zoe.omara.ca/RestrictingImap

If you are using a configuration file, please note that the file format 
has changed to PL:

http://alt.textdrive.com/pl/3/pl-the-format

The semantic of the configuration files remain the same.
