Hello!!! > And about minimal electronic music form Germany you may listen to artists > like Microstoria, Pole, Schneider TM, Jan Jelinek, I like Pole (his 1st release was rereleased recently... a bit boring though). Jan Jelinek (Also Farben, Gramm) is an interesting producer and I've been following his work closely. Unfortunately, I picked up the Starbox the other week (it's about £30 for 4 pieces of vinyl) and now I hate him. It sounds like clicky techhouse. I'm definitely not into the pokerflat/richie hawtin kind of sound. It's too repetitive... I want to fight against that in my own production... I prefer to recreate the imperfection of real life in my work which is why I always play the keyboard parts live... > Safety Scissors, Mouse on > Mars, and latinoamerican artists like Gustavo Lamas, Actually I know Gustavo Lamas!!!! I hope to do a collab with him one day!! Are you with the Buenosaliens? I know him through his girlfriend (Verónica). Wow... I should've joined up here earlier:) > Trineo and others. > There are several interestinga labels with these sounds like: Traum, Scape, > Sonig, Mille Plateaux and Frágil Discos (Argentina) I know Traum, ~Scape, Mille Plateaux... I prefer the pop ambient sound though Actually, I'm pretty deep in the techno scene (I should've said before). I run the website for Titonton Duvanté ( http://www.titonton.com/ ) and also run a private mailing list called truevibes with a few journos and stuff on. It's not a really serious list but I try to keep it just for artists/promoters etc:) > Saludos desde Bogotá, Colombia > José Enrique Plata M. Thanks a lot for your info. At least I know I'm going to fit in here now:) Take care, Nick:) Webmaster http://www.titonton.com/
