German music and related things (not very related to 4AD though)

I like Pole (his 1st release was rereleased recently... a bit boring 
though). 

Jan Jelinek (Also Farben, Gramm) is an interesting producer and I've 
been following his work closely. Unfortunately, I picked up the 
Starbox the other week (it's about £30 for 4 pieces of vinyl) and now 
I hate him. It sounds like clicky techhouse. I'm definitely not into 
the pokerflat/richie hawtin kind of sound. It's too repetitive... I 
want to fight against that in my own production... I prefer to 
recreate the imperfection of real life in my work which is why I 
always play the keyboard parts live...

Actually I know Gustavo Lamas!!!! I hope to do a collab with him one 
day!! Are you with the Buenosaliens? I know him through his 
girlfriend (Verónica). Wow... I should've joined up here earlier:)

I know Traum, ~Scape, Mille Plateaux... I prefer the pop ambient 
sound though Actually, I'm pretty deep in the techno scene (I 
should've said before). I run the website for Titonton Duvanté ( 
http://www.titonton.com/ ) and also run a private mailing list called 
truevibes with a few journos and stuff on. It's not a really serious 
list but I try to keep it just for artists/promoters etc:)
