No, you misunderstand me. I am not talking about the $75. I am talking about losing your home and pets in a fire. *That* is a cruel and unjust cost. This is not some guy crying over his wide screen TV.
Hey, I agree with you that the $75 a year is not a huge deal. I would have paid it if I lived in the area. But that there are zero options if a person opted not to for any reason? That's an issue.
