Benefits of personhood?  Well they're not allowed to *marry*, are they?

Side note:  The first time I heard that corporations were defined legally 
as "persons", it was when Canadian marriage law was revised from "a union 
of one man and one woman" to "a union of two persons".  (Or whatever the 
exact quotes are -- I'm paraphrasing here.)
