I'm not a TP member but if they succeed in ousting incumbents I'm glad. I think that congress members are sleazy weasels, I think my state is run by sleazy weasels, heck even my little shire is being infected with sleazy weasels. I'm backing whoever has the best chance of beating the incumbent. Like I've posted before, if a broccoli-fart in a jar has the best chance of beating the incumbent then I'm voting for the broccoli-fart in a jar. Holding my nose.

So...I got kind of curious last night...are there ANY Tea Party candidates that make you guys even cringe? I mean, I can name plenty of Democrats that I find problematic or offensive. Heck, Alan Grayson leaps to mind-and even if you take out that Taliban Dan ad from the mix-his over the top theatrics are embarrassing. Then there is the guy trying to push a reIigious test on Rand Paul. But it seems like there is nothing a Tea Party candidate could say that would be beyond the pale (except "more spending"). I cannot recall an instance where someone (other than Peter) didn't leap to the defense of any criticism of a Tea Party candidate and write off the issue as some sort of media attack.
