Huh. I didn't vote against any EHA.

I voted against a party that was so arrogant and corrupt that they signed
contracts forcing the new Republican administration to honor contracts
totaling $810 million for a high speed rail line the state's denizens don't
want. It's like selling a house and then after signing the papers, leaving
the new homeowners on the hook for a new roof, garage, and windows. It's
dirty pool at its best.
