Its amazing how much you blame the republicans From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of [email protected] Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2010 6:46 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [DADL-OT] The White House Needs Elizabeth Warren, Now More Than Ever >Interesting that you think the *winning* party should be doing the capitulation. That's hardly a >spirit of cooperation, more like obstruction I should say. Interesting that you think I said the winning party should do the capitulation.... I said both sides. That is the spirit of cooperation. One side expecting the other side to bend entirely to their will seemed to be a problem for those who were upset with Obama's policies. They complained that Obama didn't want to work with Republicans unless they voted his way...but the funny thing is, the Republicans showed no willingness to meet him halfway either. The winning party saying my way or the highway is a negative when it is Democrats, suddenly conservatives see it as a virtue. If the next two years are just like the last two? This could be the shortest Republican Victory ever.
