Murder is intrinsically a legal term. If you want to say you believe it is an immoral homicide fine but murder has a very distinct legal meaning and it isn't capital punishment. Its the same for the moronic zealots who keep saying abortion is murder. Maybe it should be but the *fact* is that it is not.
