Re: Death penalty

Funny how this reaction also pops up when we discuss this topic or,
say, torture. Can we drop the "holier than thou" accusations? Why
can't we stick to topics and not discuss the people espousing them?

**because when this started I confined my comments to not understanding how Paul
could believe what he dies.  Paul kept edging this to what I still feel is a bit
personal and condescending comments, including contemptible and similar
statements.

**that's just how it felt to me.
