See, I see this as different. I see this as a case where word choice can get in the way of expression...why would I want to do that? Like I said...offend with ideas. Or nudity.

In Palin's case? She was calling a person faggot-not a particular kind thing. Is it wrong
to find that distasteful even though she was not talking to me? How about when Alec Baldwin left
that message to his daughter? Were people who weren't his daughter wrong to find it distasteful
and draw conclusions about him as a parent? Should people who were not Michelle Malkin not have
found Keith Olbermann's comment suggesting that she was almost just meat with lipstick (note,
he never said she WAS meat with lipstick) distasteful and made no comment?
