Yes, just to ‘prove the point’. Giving us a visible win scenario would help them justify this. That said, I cannot for the life of me determine a happy medium here. It is clear that the bad guys evolve their techniques. But they do so in response to what we do as we change in response to what they have done. But then to do nothing increases risk, and while I really hate the present scenario, I have yet to see a reasonable alternative submitted.
