Um, Karl, this was going to happen regardless of Net Neutrality. This is just as likely without net neutrality. Comcast and other cmpanies have looked at doing this for quite some time. For now the cable companies have been penalizing Netflix, which is causing them to raise their rates. But eventually, it's going to fall on cable users directly from their provider. Net Neutrality might be the excuse they give to do it sooner...but the minute people started getting excited about watching stuff online-in HD no less-I saw this coming down the road.
