I have a hard time thinking any union is a good thing any more. Particular after what they just pulled in New York. I could care less about award eligibility. Studios are very old school and compensate writers pretty terribly. While not perfect, I sure wouldn't want to depend on the hope of a generous studio. Perhaps it's my contrary nature, but I don't tend to care for either unions nor guilds for just this reason. http://www.slashfilm.com/winters-bone-kings-speech-toy-story-3-never-go-inel igible-wga-awards/ -- dadl-ot mailing list http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot
