A friend of mine is a cop, in the dog handling squad. He said that when
his daughter brought boys home, he made a point of showing them his gun
cupboard.
Later on during a display of the police dogs at church picnic he needed a
volunteer to be attacked by the dog. Her boyfriend (now husband) was
"volunteered" during the attack the cop made the comment "I've wanted to do
that ever since he started dating my daughter!"
