Ricky never grew out of the young idealist phase of his teens. It’s normal
to be a selfish, emotional, wreck when young, but Ricky is pushing 40 and
still thinks his boss owes him a job. Donning a rat costume by night, Ricky
becomes RATFIST, a champion of the intellect and protector of the little
people! He starts out with no superhero powers. Then he mutates.
MILT

Rats only live to be 3 years old, but Milt is pushing 5. He hates cats,
tolerates Ricky and is perhaps the most intelligent character in this whole
goofed up story. Milt loves stinky cheese and hates tapeworms. Fashion
don’t!
MR. CALEB

He’s the night shift security guard at the Simian Icthus Corporation.
Apparently, he was having problems with his mere human traits and got a
little help from man’s best friend.
Czar Ferrar

He’s the head of a pseudo-governmental think tank called The Board of
Planning and Fairness. He’s a 900-dollar-pen pusher for whom Ratfist
collects data. It’s unclear if the Czar is good or bad, but good and bad are
such binary, modern notions.
