During Orthodox Lent, the fasting rules are relaxed just a wee bit on 
weekends ... and what that means is that we get to drink wine (or beer or 
similar alcoholic drinks).  Which doesn't do *me* a lot of good, since I 
never drink the stuff in the first place, but anyhoo.
