The part time monk guy decided to continue his beer fast right through so he will be going 46 days. I think taking Sundays off would make a serious fast more difficult because you would have to, in effect, start over every Monday. Mike F. ________________________________ From: Peter T. During Orthodox Lent, the fasting rules are relaxed just a wee bit on weekends ... and what that means is that we get to drink wine (or beer or similar alcoholic drinks). Which doesn't do *me* a lot of good, since I never drink the stuff in the first place, but anyhoo. -- dadl-ot mailing list http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot -- dadl-ot mailing list http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot
