So why *hasn't* he?

I mean, we're not even talking about whether or not it's possible to pay 
the government more money than it bills you.  We're talking about whether 
or not Obama was obliged to claim his charitable giving as a tax 
deduction.  If he *hadn't* claimed it, he would not have received a tax 
break, and he would have paid more taxes.  But he *did* claim it.
