Yeah, it's common for the NDP to rise during the campaign and then to get 
swatted down again before the actual election day, especially when 
"strategic voting" comes into play ... but if the NDP and the Liberals are 
actually *tied* for popular support, and if word of this gets out (over 
Easter family dinners, for example), then that just might be enough to 
push the NDP over the edge, even "strategically".  Who knows?
