If you want to be president it isn't demeaning to be required to prove you are eligible to do so. And becoming president is a wee bit more important than getting a passport or driver's license. It is entirely demeaning when he showed proper evidence of his birth-evidence that could get him a passport that the birthers continued to push the issue.
