FWIW, I see far more of what I would refer to as "culturism" and I'd even say I was a culturist myself. I don't care in the least about the amount of melanin in someone's skin, but I do think some cultures are superior to others. I think the current urban/hip hop culture is full of poison and very little, if any, good comes out of it, unless you consider beatings of white transgenders in McDonalds a positive. That has nothing to do with race, but everything to do with culture. A culture that teaches that that form of abhorent violence is an acceptable way to deal with your differences/disputes. I think the same of real redneck culture, (not the Jeff Foxworthy stuff), although I don't see the examples of violence from that culture. That's a pretty good point. nd one that hits the racists I know...they aren't racists, but they wouldn't want their son/daughter to marry a ________." Don't know why that example didn't occur to me. :) Thom http://thomwade.wordpress.com/ http://www.cafepress.com/Thomwade http://www.in-one-ear.com _______________________________________ "I want a song to learn and sing, of a life requited."-Echo & the Bunnymen -- dadl-ot mailing list http://mail.thehood.us/mailman/listinfo/dadl-ot_thehood.us http://news.gmane.org/gmane.music.dadl.ot
