Annnnnd puke number four took place less than half an hour ago, or about

And of course I'm just the sort of joyful person who looks around when I'm 
in this condition, and wonders how long I can take it for granted that I 
will heal.  One day -- one day -- the sickness will end in death.  One day 
the prison that is my body will give me no reprieve ...

But anyhoo.  The kids are in bed (after a lot of fussing between them and 
my understandably stressed-out wife), and the place is quieter.

And for this, I am glad.
