Seriously. A friend of mine did that once. He had a bounced check but went in and showed them he had the funds. They refused to reverse the fees. He sued them in small claims and won, but the bank refused to pay the judgement. So the judge ordered the bank closed until they paid him and sent my friend down with sheriff in tow. Turns out one guy was suppressing a mistake he made.
