Heh. I was wondering who would finally bring this subject up here. I
didn't expect it to be you, though. :)
And I gotta say, it's been weird, reading the blogs and tweets on both the
right and the left on this issue. Both the right and the left have been
acting so *triumphant* over this issue ("Ha ha ha, Palin's an idiot!" "Ha
ha ha, the mainstream media didn't know its history after all!" etc.).
But, obviously, they can't *both* be winning here.

Or, in the case of Obama-Biden, they produce videos mocking the errors (or
at least mocking Biden's errors; I don't know if Obama has ever addressed
the "57 states" business, or the Selma business, etc.).
