I've got five basses myself these days. Two Gibson Basses, my white Thunderbird that's one of my favorites, a Les Paul Standard that's heavy at 12lbs, but sounds really sweet, a five string Carvin XB75P that sounds really nice also, last but not lest my two Fender Jazz basses my USA 62 Jazz Reissue & my old trust dusty, the one I take everywhere. It can do just about anything, takes a licking & keeps on a ticking, is my Ash body with Rosewood fret-board with binding made in Japan 1983 75 Jazz reissue sunburst with a black pick-guard,. Customized with DIMARZIO DP149 staggered stacked Humbucker pick-ups & a 35.00 Gotoh bridge. I take this bass everywhere. I sounds great, it's built like a tank & It's got personalty. If it where to fall over, or get knocked over at a gig, I don't have worry about breaking a head stock or it getting damaged. I really love this bass. It's like a good old trusty friend that your always glad to have around & It never gives me the problems than my wife does. Sometimes I think I should have marred the bass. So whose next?
