suzuki chromatic

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to say something about a Suzuki Chromatic 
SCX56 I received as an early b-day present. It is a real disapointment. 
Normally, I don't like Chromatics and this just makes me dislike them 
even more. None of the holes with slide in or out gives a clear note. I 
tried adjusting the slide, but no matter what I do, I get muted notes. 
Of course the company will not take it back. 
I really love Suzuki harps and have to say the mouthpiece on this one 
is very good but overall I really dislike it. It is going in my box of 
old harps the grandkids play. I will stick with my tremolos.
