OS 1.3

I'd like some info about OS v1.3
First, is it a 27512 or a 27C512.
Second, can I use a 28(C)512 since it's an EEPROM, so I don't need an
UV SW light to erase it(And it appears that the EPROM slows down after
a couple of erasings)
