Hi Antoine,

Sounds good (I don't mind $0.50 for a new envelope).

I mark a cross in the "goods" checkbox and write what it is in the 
description box when I export stuff (DC cables and washers).
I don't bother writing any duty reference number in - never had a 
problem on that issue (to my knowledge) exporting from the UK.
