K5 / K5m ROM upgrades

Hi all,

don't worry if you haven't received a PayPal invoice, I have a few problems
to solve first :
-I printed labels to put on the chips which pointed to a website for
installation instructions, but my web host closed a few days after, and it's
now a dead link.
-I have some people ordering K4 and K4r ROMs. Kawai provided the wrong
version, so I need to reprogram the chips.
-I'll have the legal age to open a PayPal account in 6 weeks, and at this
point, I'd rather wait and open my own PayPal account to receive payments
rather than one of my parents'. It will leave me time to fix the other
problems at the same time.
