This site's been static for years, and the K5 Librarian hasn't had an editor built in. 

However, on this page http://www.kfuenf.org/en/librarian.html he writes that he's gotten back into building editing tools into his librarian and expects to have an early draft in Spring 2011.  Maybe it's worth trying the alpha or beta versions? 

If nothing else, there are great tutorials on how to use the K5.

I sometimes visit a Free Geek computer "store"...  This is 
where people drop off their old PC's and Macs, and the volunteers there recycle the machines into working or non-working machines. 


I didn't know it, but sometimes people drop off musical stuff too. I didn't know what the K5m was sitting on the table, and didn't know it could make a sound until I got it home.

I also got an Akai MX73 midi controller for $10. Needed some MAJOR cleaning (FULL of dust cattle!!!).


So what is a decent , low priced, editor in the Windows variety?

And which flavor of windows do I need / should I use?
