How about:

"Do you own a Karma? YES/NO.

"If YES, please name Combis A50, B75, and E100 (factory presets).

"If NO, please say which synths you own. Then tell us in 50 words or 
less why you'd like to own a Karma?"

I think something like this might be too much trouble for the spammers.
