Re: Sorry for the spam....2 people banned this week.

Ok, we're getting some good ideas here.  I think I'll keep 
patrolling and leave the group membership open for now, but if the 
spam gets to be unreasonable, then I believe we should make it by 
permission with a few questions along the lines of those suggested.  
Does anyone have any objections to that?
