Auto Karma??

Hey,
I checked out everything and nothing works. The on/off and latch button
are on.In global both program and combi for auto karma are checked.
When I press a key, no sound comes on.Only when turn off the on/off and
latch do I hear sounds.
Something's wierd.
Next to temp it still says "ext", no value is set for tempo.
Whats going on?!?!?!
