Hi Alan,

do you have OS 2.0 installed on your Karma ?
It should show up in the right lower corner of the
display when starting up.

As far as I remember, there have been some
problems as the GE or the sound formats have
changed between versions.

You should re-install the OS 2.0, the GEs and
the factory banks.

I don't know the exact URL but you surely can
find it on www.karma-lab.com.
