I too had a problem with combis in just one of the banks - it seems that korg doesn't overwrite all the memory when an OS upgrade is installed, so some problems may still reside in program/combi memory - I wrote about the steps I took to solve this problem in detail - just do a search on my e-mail address to reference these posts.
