Problems updating GE disks in OS 2.0

HI,
Forgive me if this has been discussed previously. I just acquired a
Karma and decided to upgrade the OS to 2.0. I downloaded the files and
followed the instructions from the Korg web page. The 3 OS disks
installed without problem, but the GE1 disk installation failed. I
tried a fresh floppy, etc, with no luck.
Any suggestions would be very welcome! THanks.
