I agree, Paul. I very much doubt we'll ever see KARMA Creator since the 
technology is now a major Unique Selling Point of Korg's flagship, the 
Oasys.

At any rate, if you bother to learn a little bit about MIDI, you *can* 
drive other hardware synths and software synths live with your hardware 
Karma. I've certainly been able to do it pretty easily with single GEs 
in Program mode driving Atmosphere, Absynth, and Reaktor instruments. 
I've never tried it with Combi mode, driving four synths/samplers, but 
it shouldn't be impossible to set up.

And you can always record the MIDI ouput into your software sequencer 
and reassign it to other synths anyway. So it's not the end of the 
world :-)
