Hi Victor,
  The Karma is a more powerful workstation - more insert FX, more 
sounds, plus KARMA Technology (arps on steroids).  However, as was 
pointed out, Karma does not have sampling capabilities.  You could 
try asking this question over at Karma Lab Forums (for everything
