{Disarmed} Hi Karma doesn't turn On. DOEs THAT battery Need Replacing?

hi,

I've heard of that.  So Do I Plug it in and turn it on to recharge 
that battery. Or Just get a new Battery.

I have no signs of life on mine, Except for that nice red paint job.
