The battery is probably a lithium battery, and not rechargeable. The actual battery is pretty inexpensive, but getting to it may be a bit involved.

I've heard of that. So Do I Plug it in and turn it on to recharge 
that battery. Or Just get a new Battery.

I have no signs of life on mine, Except for that nice red paint job.
