MIDi MiDi MIdi

HI,

I'm trying to use My Yamaha RM1X with my Karma.  

I like to play tracks 1-4(DRUM part of RM1x) of The RM1X  On My 
Karma, and Have the Karma
as my Melody,Bass, and /or lead.

I got the MIdi  cable going from the Out Of the Rm1X to the IN of the 
Karma the the Out of the Karma to the In Of The RM1X.

Now  on the Karma Global Settting It Is set to  Midi Channel 1 going 
on the Internal Clock of the Karma.  In Sequnencer mode of the Karma 
I selects Tracks 1 thru 4 on DRUM. The other channels are on the 
Sound I want... Am I doing this right? I think there is something I 
missing.  CAn I SEt Midi Channels 1 thru 4 of the RM1x to play  on 
Tracks 1 thru 4 of the Karma?

I am Getting Some tracks of the Rm1x but not all I want.. .

And the other problem is the Volume of the Drum beat and Voice of the 
Karma  Rises and Falls wheather I  playing the Karma or not. 

However The overall sound is VERy Good.
