Hi Andrew,
   Glad you made it over to KLF and received an answer from the Karma 
Guru himself.  That's one of the reasons I sent you there.  Notice 
how many detailed and expert responses you got here???  Nil.  So, let 
that be a lesson to everyone - get the heck over to KLF if you 
haven't already....LOL.
