I don't recall seeing your detailed question that went unanswered 
over in the Karma section of Karma Lab Forums.  I'm sure you would 
have seen a detailed response if you posted a detailed question.

Next, Bodie or anyone else posting a video clip from 
Steve's "Sudsonic" material would be violating copyright.  As 
moderator, I would be deleting such a post.

As I mentioned in my 2005 post at KLF, "... The Karma specific videos 
target two areas - sequencing and program editing. The sample video 
presented is worthwhile; however, I am not familiar with the detail 
and quality of pay for videos. Steve tells me that they are of high 
quality video and insofar as Triton and Karma procedures overlap, 
they should be useful..."  It appears that sample video has been 
replaced and Steve has added material on Karma MW.  This latter is 
computer software (available from Karma Lab) allows for editing KARMA 
parameters and GEs plus other functions.  You could potentially 
create your own drum GEs with MW and use them to drive drum programs 
or combis that you design.  However, you are not going to get a quick 
one-off answer on those procedures.  

I understand that visual demonstrations augment print/pdf manuals. 
However, these  video resources are limited. So, that leads me to a 
few other comments.  Have you read the Basic Guide's sequencer pages? 
Have your done this working right at the Karma, not from a couch? 
They are fairly straight forward and simple to follow.  If you 
require more in-depth information, then go to the sequencer section 
in the Parameter Guide.  Couple that with Wayne's suggestions, 
especially using KARMA GE's in program or combi mode.  Loading a 
program or combi you want to work with in the sequencer is a simple 
step to hit "REC" + "ENTER", then record.

Finally, most of us who have a reasonably good "working knowledge" 
with our equipment had to just get over the hump to RTFM and learn 
the hard way.  Yes, it's a tough DIY process, but with the investment 
of time and energy, it pays dividends, not just for current 
equipment, but for the future.
